I specialise in commercial real estate work including investment, development, finance and landlord and tenant work.

I have been with Fladgate for 15 years, man and boy, having joined as a trainee in 2006 and grown my practice with the firm.

My clients are a mix of high net worth individuals, property investment companies, family offices, developers, lenders and borrowers and offshore investors.

I work closely with my clients and their professional teams to add value to their businesses providing legal and practical advice ensuring transactions proceed smoothly from agreement of terms through to successful completion.

Outside of work, I am a marathon running, Barnet FC supporting dad who enjoys both spending time at home and travelling to lesser visited parts of the world.

Purchase of a seven national retailer supermarket portfolio, and the subsequent restructuring of individual assets and onward sales.

Purchase and leaseback of portfolio of 43 UK banks and the restructuring, management and onward sales.

Advising a family group of companies on the £43m refinance of a 100 residential property portfolio.

Advised various private investors in connection with their purchases and sales of commercial property investment assets, including retail parks, office buildings, industrial estates, and multi let business parks.

Advising a family office on the development and subsequent letting of a prime central London office building.
