I have a particular focus on alternative and operational assets, including hotels, renewable energy projects, and infrastructure assets, as well as long-term and complex development projects. I regularly advise on commercial contracts relating to “non-traditional” real assets. I lead multi-disciplinary teams on acquisitions and disposals, developments, real estate financing, funding, and restructuring transactions, the real estate aspects of corporate deals, and occupier deals such as landlord and tenant transactions.

I joined Fladgate in July 2017 after starting my career training, qualifying, and practicing at a large international firm in the city. I am proud to have cultivated a reputation for being proactive, creative, and collaborative. I am driven by a commitment to finding pragmatic solutions while protecting my clients by maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

My diverse client base reflects the breadth of my expertise, ranging from real estate private equity firms and investment managers to institutional investors and lenders, smaller property companies and family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. I serve as a trusted advisor to developers, tailoring solutions to suit their unique needs and objectives.

Outside of work I closely follow the fortunes of Leicester’s football team and England’s cricket team. I also run a church youth group in Brixton and enjoy spending time with my wife and kids.
