For over 13 years I have represented a broad range of private individuals including HNW’s and UHNW’s in order to purchase their desired home and also investors and companies that wish to expand their residential property portfolios.

The London property market is exceptionally fast-paced and there is always a high demand for properties leading to a lot of competition. I relish being pro-active and working quickly to secure properties for my clients and the challenges this often presents. Every transaction is unique and a bespoke solution is quite often required both commercially and legally.

This, paired with their reputation really appealed to me. A significant part of my practice is international and often has an offshore element especially when dealing with Trust Companies, or being involved in de-enveloping tax structures. I also have experience dealing with assets held by structures in various other jurisdictions, particularly BVI, Panama, Guernsey and Jersey.
