About

I specialise in commercial real estate matters, acting for investors, developers, occupiers and lenders in respect of acquisition, development, disposal, financing and asset management of commercial real estate assets. I have a focus on working with corporate occupiers in respect of their occupational requirements.

I have been with Fladgate LLP since 2018, after joining from a leading international law firm.

I act for a wide range of clients, including investors, funds, developers, lenders and corporate occupiers in the retail, leisure, office and industrial sectors. This variety provides valuable insight into the different perspectives required to provide bespoke advice and service to clients, whatever their needs.

I take pride in providing considered, tailored and commercial advice. I particularly enjoy understanding how any transaction fits within a wider business context, so as to support clients in realising their aims and achieving the best possible outcome regardless of how big or small a transaction is.

I have a specific focus on working with corporate occupiers in respect of their occupational requirements. I enjoy getting to understand the custom-fit nature of each occupier’s premises, space requirements and key drivers to ensure that new and ongoing premises requirements are met and delivered smoothly.

Outside of work, I can usually be found feeding ducks, climbing trees and roaming the parks of south west London with my family.

  • Acting for Hardwicke Chambers on their move to newly redeveloped premises at One Gray’s Inn, London WC1.
  • Advising clients of Capreon on the acquisition, financing, disposal and asset management of various properties and property portfolios, from retail parks and shopping centres to industrial premises and offices.
  • Advising a global consulting firm on expansion into additional space and the ongoing management of its office portfolio.
  • Advising a US investment bank on the re-gearing of its occupational arrangements for its 500,000 sq ft prime European headquarters.
