Nicola Kravitz

I offer exceptional service to my clients in a friendly and approachable manner. I take pride in my quick responses and provide practical, straightforward advice. I work with a wide range of clients, including Charterhouse, Napier Parking, Sapcote, The Body Shop, and GFZ. Throughout the transaction cycle, I collaborate closely with my clients and involve colleagues from other departments when necessary. This includes tax, finance, construction, disputes, planning, and corporate sector experts. By doing so, we ensure that we always maintain a clear understanding of the client's objectives.

I was fortunate to work with supportive individuals at a crucial career stage. As a result, I have developed a strong interest in equity, diversity, and inclusion, mainly focusing on inclusivity.

Outside of work, I take my responsibilities to the wider community seriously. I have served as the Vice Chair of the Industrial Dwellings Society (1885) Limited, a housing association. Additionally, I have been a trustee for an Israeli charity that operates over 120 schools for underprivileged children. I am also a trustee of the Norrice Lea Charitable Settlement and a member of the Jewish Care Business Lunch Committee.
