About

I am a lawyer with over 18 years’ experience advising corporate, individual and high net worth clients under all aspects of UK immigration law. I have a specific interest in complex cases and developing bespoke solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes.

With the everchanging landscape of UK immigration law, my role requires me to regularly advise clients in respect of all immigration requirements, upcoming developments and policies. This often means acting urgently to ensure both individual and corporate clients’ commercial needs are met, and strict time frames are followed.

I have a breadth of experience in this area which covers corporate, family, British nationality and general migration matters, including private client work with specific reference to High-Net-Worth individuals. This allows me to provide tailored pragmatic solutions, indicating potential alternative options and achieving the client’s desired goals.

My corporate clients range from entrepreneurs and small and medium sized businesses to large global organisations which operate in a range of different sectors including financial and investment services, fintech, construction, agriculture, retail, hospitality and energy. I work closely with corporate clients to navigate the UK immigration system, advising on appropriate visa routes for their UK work force, assisting with compliance matters, home office requirements and developing business specific strategic plans.

I have also assisted clients with global migration matters and worked with location specialists to advise on mange relocations to other jurisdictions.
