James Velati

I am a solicitor apprentice currently in my third year. I have worked in dispute resolution and real estate previously. I am currently sat in the immigration team assisting on a wide range of matters including, but not limited to, skilled worker visa applications, judicial review cases, human rights claims and family-based applications. As part of the apprenticeship programme I study part time with the University of Law for my LLB. I am hoping to qualify in 2029 after I have completed my SQE.
