I am a member of the Asset Management and Real Estate Finance team within the wider Real Estate group. I assist on a range of matters including landlord and tenant management and secured lending transactions for clients across a variety of sectors.
Prior to joining Fladgate, I worked at a city firm where I advised on a wide range of commercial property and development matters. My experience includes acting for tenants of commercial leasehold properties, developers of build to rent schemes and investors in social housing.
Outside of work, you’ll find me watching Everton or travelling around the world, mainly to try great food from around the globe (and attempting to recreate it when I get back!).
