I am a real estate lawyer specialising in advising investors on a range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.

I am a Partner in our Real Estate team, and I am recognised for my depth of experience across the property lifecycle, guiding clients throughout the journey from acquisition through to exit.

My practice has a particular focus on investment transactions spanning the office, retail, hospitality, industrial, and logistics sectors. I advise on the acquisition, disposal, development, financing, and asset management (especially complex pre-lettings) of commercial and mixed-use properties, acting for a diverse client base that includes institutional investors, family offices, high net worth individuals, and funds. I also advise a wide variety of charities and corporate occupiers. The more complex the deal the more value I can add and the more I enjoy it!

Whether advising on a single transaction or shaping a longer-term asset strategy, my approach is always the same: practical, commercially driven, and — above all — personal.
