I advise on reconstructions, debt-acquisition and other schemes in a variety of structures and have also advised on direct and indirect transactions on cross-border European deals.

My clients include US, European and UK property investors and funds and I have developed an intuitive understanding of the needs of family offices in relation to their investment strategy as well as their succession planning.

I also advise a wide range of charities.
