Our Service

I am a corporate lawyer specialising in private domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate advisory work, with a particular focus on the lower-mid market.

I’m fortunate to draw upon more than a decade of working with high-class lawyers from London to Moscow, “Big Law” and “Boutique”, and as a result have amassed a breadth of experience to help me best advise my clients, whether it involves cross border M&A, growth capital, corporate governance or private equity. My clients range from private equity and large international corporates to owner managers selling their businesses.

I recognise no two clients are the same and one of my strengths is adapting advice to cater for different needs and situations. I possess a keen, open mind when it comes to solving legal problems; I take great pride in helping clients overcome obstacles that can arise in corporate law, such as regulatory, constitutional and structural issues.

I am sector agnostic, and whilst I have advised clients in sectors including retail, leisure, infrastructure and real estate, my core practice concerns B2B life sciences businesses.

Outside of work, I have a lifetime of building resilience by supporting Queens Park Rangers, exacerbated by occasioning Tottenham Hotspur with my father and brother. I have a young daughter, Sasha, and eminently patient wife, Tamara – both of whom inspire me greatly.
