Jane Mayfield
Professional Support Lawyer
I am a professional support lawyer specialising in corporate law, training and knowledge management.
About
I am a professional support lawyer at Fladgate. I am responsible for training, research and developing and managing the knowledge resources for the Corporate department.
I specialise in all areas of corporate law (including capital markets, public and private M&A, private equity and venture capital, corporate governance and company law matters). Prior fee-earning experience involved both domestic and international transactions working closely with other professional advisers.
Aside from the law, one of the other things I’m passionate about is theatre. I am chair and a trustee of The Hope Theatre (in Islington) and a trustee of The Dot Collective (a charity providing professional theatre in care to reduce isolation and create positive experiences for those living with dementia). I turn up on stage every now and then and have directed, stage managed and costumed a number of productions with The Hampstead Players.
