I am a paralegal working within the Corporate team.

I provide assistance on a wide range of matters within the Core Corporate team, including but not limited to M&A transactions, incorporation and dissolution of UK companies, share transfers and reorganisation of companies. I am hoping to qualify as a solicitor in 2026, with my SQE2 this year with my work contributing to Qualifying Work Experience.
