I am a corporate lawyer primarily focused on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. I advise entrepreneurial clients, often in novel sectors, on a range of corporate matters, including admissions to trading, fundraisings, acquisitions and disposals.

With a focus on technology and novel sectors, my experience has included advising newly established cryptoasset and cannabinoid businesses from inception to their admission to market, and on an ongoing basis thereafter. These businesses often face novel issues, where there is not an ‘established path’ for them to follow, and I strive to give accessible, practical and pragmatic advice to pre-empt or resolve these issues.

Outside of work, I seem to have inherited my Grandfather’s inquisitive engineer’s mindset, and I can often be found tinkering with tech in one shape or another, or doing DIY (why is it never a five minute job…?). Alternatively, I’ll be enjoying whatever car or motorsport related content I can find to watch.
