I qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and joined Fladgate as an associate in the corporate team in 2015, becoming a senior associate in 2020.

My particular interest is in private mergers and acquisitions, where I represent buyers and sellers. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of a client’s journey to expand their business or, conversely, helping them to reap the rewards in the sale of their business, and my approach is always to be on hand to provide pragmatic and thoughtful advice to help make that journey as smooth as possible. My transactions often have a cross-border element and span across a variety of sectors, including technology, hospitality and real estate.

Having completed a degree in European Law with German Law from the University of Warwick, which included a year studying at the University of Saarland in Germany, I then went on to work at an international law firm in Düsseldorf. I now put all of these experiences to good use as a member of Fladgate’s German team, advising clients from the German speaking countries on all English law aspects of their business interests in the UK.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring my local Kentish countryside and attempting to survive new home workouts – mainly to counteract my increasingly prevalent baking habit!
