Our Service

I am a non-contentious construction solicitor, qualifying in 2018, and joining Fladgate as an associate in 2019. I specialise in preparing and negotiating construction documents including development agreements, building contracts, consultant appointments and associated documentation.

I act for a wide range of clients from employers, landlords and developers to contractors, consultants and tenants on all aspects of construction law.

Whilst my role is to provide legal advice, I am aware that my clients are seeking commercial agreements and solutions. It is therefore important that I understand these key issues and use them to inform the input and advice I provide.

When I am not working, I mentor for the University of Law. As a proud South Walian, I enjoy supporting Cardiff City FC and the Welsh national football and rugby teams.

Experience

Providing support on Yoo Capital’s purchase of a controlling interest in Shepherds Bush Market including preparation and negotiation of construction related documents.
Advising a joint venture developer (comprising a developer and investment arm) on the construction works and sale of a large mixed development.
Assisting in providing construction advice and associated appointments in relation to the demolition of the Pedway leading to Wembley Stadium
Acting for various banks on due diligence of construction documents.
