Our Service

I specialise in all commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and ongoing management issues.

I have been with Fladgate since September 2015, having trained and qualified with the firm. During these years I have gained experience in a broad range of work including individual and portfolio acquisitions/disposals of properties in industrial and retail locations, financing and all aspects of landlord and tenant work. I particularly enjoy work in the retail and leisure sectors.

Outside of the office you can usually find me on the sofa with a good book.

Experience

Advising a high-end coffee brand on its expansion throughout London and regionally.
Acting for shopping centres across the UK on all aspects of their management.
The development and pre-letting of a hotel to a well-known European brand; its first site in the UK.
The purchase and finance of a portfolio of 47 freehold and leasehold properties across East London and, simultaneously, the sub-sale of 14.
