We’ve been working closely with RSK group since the start of 2025, supporting their team on three acquisitions last year. The most recent is Octavius Infrastructure, one of the UK’s leading civil engineering and electrification transport infrastructure business.
Given the size and nature of Octavius’ business and the complex requirements of the transaction, we deployed a cross-departmental team who collaborated to deliver a complicated management incentive plan on a particularly tight timeline. Using our knowledge of RSK as a business, we were able to pull on the expertise from across our corporate, construction, employment, IP, real estate and tax teams to provide an integrated and tailored service reflective of our unlimited partnership approach.
