Our Service

I am an associate in the commercial real estate team, primarily involved in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and asset management.

I joined Fladgate’s real estate team in February 2025, having qualified as a real estate lawyer in September 2024. Since qualifying, I have acted on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, real estate finance, and the management of property assets across the industrial and logistics, retail, and office sectors.

Outside of work, I enjoy supporting the best team in London (Arsenal FC), travelling, food, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Experience

Advised The Body Shop on the acquisition of a lease for its new office headquarters in Brighton.
Assisted The Body Shop on multiple leases for retail premises including its flagship store in Leeds and stores in Chelmsford and Spalding (amongst others).
Assisted Charterhouse Property Group on the acquisition of a large industrial site in Tilbury, Essex, including the subsequent disposals of units sold either privately or at auction.
Advising a company director on various financing arrangements for its property investment.
Advising Charterhouse Property Group on the asset management of a large multi-let industrial and logistics estate in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
