Our corporate, energy and construction teams advised RSK on the acquisitions of HV Energy Systems (HVES) and Fluid Sealing & Engineering (FSE), further enhancing RSK’s capabilities across the UK’s energy transition and water infrastructure sectors.
HVSE is a Bristol-based specialist independent connection provider, delivering high-voltage grid infrastructure for renewable and energy storage projects across the UK. Based in Rotherham, FSE further enhances the RSK Group’s water sector expertise with its extensive experience in wastewater and water treatment infrastructure.
Given the size, nature, and complexity of the transactions, we deployed a multidisciplinary team across corporate, energy, construction, employment, intellectual property, real estate and tax to deliver an integrated service across both transactions.
