We supported the joint administrators of Sunseeker London Limited and Sunseeker Poole Limited, Robert Ferne and Jamie Taylor of BTG. This involved the successful pre-packaged administration sale of their business and assets to Sunseeker International.
This transaction secured the sale of one of the largest distribution networks of Sunseeker yachts, a business that has grown consistently since it was established more than 30 years ago. Our team worked closely with the joint administrators throughout the transaction, advising on all aspects of the administration and sale process.
Drawing on expertise from across our restructuring & insolvency, real estate and employment teams, our multidisciplinary team advised on the negotiation of the sale and purchase agreement, insolvency issues, real estate matters and employment aspects of the transaction, including TUPE and the transfer of employees.
