I am a real estate finance and international private capital lawyer focusing on creating and preserving wealth for my clients through strategic investment, acquisition and astute asset management.

My focus is to ensure that my clients can operate effectively and quickly while being protected against the uncertainties and changing nature of the marketplace. I have worked on projects for clients including Allied Commercial Exporters, Z Hotels Group, Century Capital, Beckman Group, Bowling Green Asset Management, Sellar Group, Jesta Group, Oberoi Hotels, Royal UK Properties, Amazon Property and CPI Group.

I am a member of R3 (the association of business recovery professionals) and the Insolvency Lawyers Association. I regularly speak to finance professionals on all elements of real estate finance in Europe and the US.

Outside of work, my interests include historical fiction, speech writing, travel and art.

Experience

Acting for Century Capital on the financing of one of the largest privately owned houses in St.James.

Acting on the refinancing of the portfolio of Z Hotels Group with Santander and OakNorth Banks.

Acting on the funded acquisition for a private client for the largest Data Centre in Cardiff.

Acting on the purchase and subsequent funding of one of the entire Nash Terraces in Regent’s Park for a private client.

Acting on the first investment of The Oberoi Hotels Group of a new boutique hotel in Mayfair on The Grosvenor Estate.
