Victoria Bills - Fladgate

I advise on a wide-range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, re-organisations and MBOs for a variety of clients.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and joined Fladgate LLP as a corporate associate in 2021. I have experience working and advising on private M&A, management buy-outs and general corporate advisory, working for both corporate bodies and individuals across an assortment of sectors including travel, hospitality and recruitment. I enjoy getting to know and working closely with clients, which in turns helps to provide a friendly, insightful service whilst working towards achieving the desired results.

In my spare time, I love cooking and sampling new restaurants, being a bit of an amateur foodie. I am also a big rugby union fan, a scuba diver and a qualified trampolining coach – in my case, it is true that “those who can’t do – teach!”
