Robaidh Allighan

I am a commercial litigation and arbitration solicitor with a particular interest in technology, company and civil fraud disputes.

I act for clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including company, commercial, civil fraud and technology disputes. I have also advised on intellectual property matters involving the protection of design rights and trademark infringement issues.

Prior to joining Fladgate in 2021 I worked for a FTSE 100 travel and tourism company. Away from my desk I am happiest hiking, cycling and skiing in the mountains.
