I am the Head of Business Development at Fladgate.

My career started in the world of litigation funding and insurance, where I worked as a broker for seven years. I moved on to hold a couple of roles in law firm business development functions, including sitting on the operational leadership team of a global firm, following which I worked as Head of Marketing & Business Development at a leading commercial barristers’ chambers.

I joined Fladgate in 2024, returning to the world of law firms. My role includes working with the team and the partners to identify strategic business development priorities and to design and implement plans to achieve those.
