About

I advise clients on all areas of family law, with a focus on complex, high-value financial cases, financial provision for children of unmarried parents under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989, and the arrangements for children following a marital or relationship breakdown.

I advise ultra high net worth individuals in relation to cohabitation, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and a broad range of issues that arise following divorce or separation, including financial arrangements, non-molestation orders, fraud and conduct.

My clients have included financial services CEOs, private equity and fund managers, tech entrepreneurs, city professionals, leaders in sport and landowners, as well as their spouses or partners. Whilst I have been involved in several reported cases in the High Court and Central Family Court, I am a member of Resolution and an advocate for seeking cost-efficient outcomes through alternative forms of resolution, where appropriate, such as mediation, negotiation or arbitration.

In addition, I am well regarded for advising on complex parental disputes and children related issues, with experience working on highly contentious matters including cases involving parental alienation, allegations of abuse and safeguarding and cases where the children have been separately represented.
