Georgia Eustace

I am a commercial real estate lawyer advising on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and asset management.

I act for a wide range of clients operating within a variety of sectors including retail, office and industrial. As a proud northerner, I take a friendly approach and like to get to know my clients in order that I can best advise them.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2019 and joined Fladgate in December 2022 from another UK law firm where, aside from general commercial real estate work, I gained experience in acting for lenders in connection with secured lending for both commercial and residential properties.

Outside of the office, I enjoy travelling, following my beloved Burnley Football Club and watching the Real Housewives of everywhere.
