Kathryn Lavan

I have worked at Fladgate since 2015, first as a paralegal then as a trainee and now as an associate. Prior to qualifying into commercial real estate, I worked in the enforcement of financial crime team at the Financial Conduct Authority.

I enjoy learning about my clients’ business or goals in order to be able to offer tailored solutions to meet their specific needs. I find building relationships with my clients hugely rewarding, and I truly enjoy the personal element of my day-to-day work.

I have a varied client base which includes high net worth individuals, developers, investors (institutional and personal) and private and public companies.

Outside of work I am an avid Manchester United fan - I haven’t missed a game since I was six years old - and a keen baker and netball captain. On the weekend you can find me apologising profusely to unsuspecting picnic eaters at the park whilst my naughty Labrador runs off with their sausage rolls.
