Associate
I specialise in family law, including divorce and relationship breakdown, cohabitation, jurisdictional disputes, children issues and pre and post nuptial agreements.
About
I advise on a range of family law issues and specialise particularly in divorce, finances, pre and post nuptial agreements and arrangements for children. I also advise on cohabitation agreements, as well as separation agreements. Many of my cases have an international element and involve high net worth individuals.
I take a pragmatic approach to achieve the best outcome for my clients. I consider all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, such as Mediation, but I fully appreciate the need to issue Court proceedings where the case demands it.
I am a member of Resolution, an organisation of lawyers and other family justice professionals who are committed to following a non-confrontational and constructive approach to resolving family issues. In accordance with one of the key tenets of Resolution, I assist my clients to understand and manage the potential long-term financial and emotional consequences of decisions.
In my spare time, I volunteer as Legal Counsel for Pride in London. I enjoy trail-running on Hampstead Heath (come rain or shine). I travel as much as I can. I am quite content to either trek up a mountain in south east Asia or spend a long weekend people watching in a European city.

Experience
- Acting for a high net worth international client in respect of both child arrangements and financial provision relating to their child. There have been elements of ongoing parental alienation.
- Advising on a pre nuptial agreement, where the assets span multiple European jurisdictions and where there was a potential inheritance in excess of €23 million.
- Advising a foreign national in financial proceedings and private children proceedings. A Freezing Injunction was wrongly made against client’s assets, but was successfully overturned.
