I specialise in Employment law working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including tribunal cases, HR advisory work and corporate transactions.


I joined the Employment team at Fladgate in July 2021 having qualified in 2019. I initially cross qualified into Employment and Commercial Litigation (2 years of training just wasn’t long enough to decide which one I preferred!) however after a tremendous change in the working relationship between employees and employers as a result of the pandemic, and with furlough now fully embedded in my everyday vocabulary, I decided that employment was for me and as such moved solely into that practice sector in summer 2020, with the benefit of experience in Commercial Litigation that I am now able to draw upon in litigious employment matters.

I have worked for both employees and employers on matters involving discrimination, unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal claims, advising on internal policies and procedures, settlement agreements, employment contracts and ad hoc employee related queries as well as assisted on the employment elements of corporate transactions.

Outside of the office I am an unashamed dog mum, spinning enthusiast and sun worshiper.
