About

I am a senior associate in the dispute resolution department specialising in commercial litigation and arbitration, including civil and financial fraud as well as contract and shareholder disputes.

I have assisted on a number of international High Court and arbitration disputes, leading clients to successful dispute resolution either through obtaining a favourable judgment or arbitral award or via a favourable settlement. The matters I have acted on often included interim relief applications, such as worldwide freezing, asset disclosure, receivership or other interim relief orders.

I have acted on several matters where complex investment or financial fraud was alleged, which necessitated instruction of experts in foreign law, property and fund valuation as well as forensic accountants and private investigators.

I have advised clients on cross-border insolvency under the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006 and assisted on several LCIA and ICC arbitrations concerning contract, joint venture and shareholder disputes.

I have acted on several matters where complex litigation and arbitration strategies had to be developed and implemented, which included tracing and recovery of assets in multiple jurisdictions as well as cross-border enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards against individuals and corporate entities.

Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, walking, travelling and reading.
