I work on a diverse range of commercial disputes in the High Court, County Courts and Court of Appeal. This includes general contractual disputes, fraud disputes, shareholder disputes, and director disputes.

I assist clients with reaching settlements using alternative dispute resolution out of court. We utilise tools like mediation, arbitration and without prejudice negotiation.

Besides law, I am a keen photographer and cyclist and spend the rest of my free time with my nephew.

• Acting for the provisional director of a Californian technology company in a Court of Appeal claim relating to the disputed ownership of valuable shares in an English IT company.
• Assisting our client to reach a favourable settlement in respect of a shareholder dispute relating to their shares in a trading/tech company by way of mediation.
• Acting for a large property investor to carry out an Interim Possession Order and remove squatters from a multi-million pound Fleet Street office building, also succeeding in the full possession hearing.
• Working on a successful urgent injunction application to stop a landlord from taking possession of our client’s high-value leasehold property.
