I act on a diverse range of commercial disputes and assist clients with reaching settlements out of court, in particular, shareholder, franchisee and property disputes.

I have experience working on a diverse range of commercial disputes in the County Courts, First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), High Court and Court of Appeal. This includes general commercial disputes, shareholder, franchisee and commercial agent disputes, property disputes and debt claims.

I have also assisted clients with reaching a settlement by way of alternative dispute resolution out of court. This includes mediations, arbitration and without prejudice settlement discussions.

Besides law, I am a keen photographer and cyclist (and a highly experienced consumer of pasta).
