Elizabeth Buckle

I specialise in commercial disputes including those concerning companies, shareholders and directors, civil fraud, misrepresentation and professional negligence.

I joined Fladgate as a trainee and completed seats in each of the firm’s main practice areas before qualifying into the Dispute Resolution team in September 2022.

Outside of work, I am keen runner, competing over distances from 800m to half marathon as well as cross-country. I have a rapidly growing collection of cookbooks and I am learning Spanish.

Defended a claim by a pharmaceutical company for equitable compensation for a director’s misappropriation of company funds.
Obtained an order for injunctive relief (delivery up, evidence preservation and computer imaging) made because of the defendant's misuse of our client's confidential information.
Acted on several successful mediations.
