About

I am Head of Strategy at Walgate Litigation Management.

I support global investors and consumers affected by corporate misconduct – including securities fraud, market manipulation and breaches of regulatory requirements – to implement strategies for collective redress and ultimately generate recoveries.

For 30 years I have specialised in class and group actions , including within claimant law firms (both in the US and London), litigation funder Omni Bridgeway, as Global Head of Class Action Services for an international class action fintech service provider, and as the founder of my own consultancy business.

I have been involved in the development and launch of numerous securities litigations on behalf of institutional investors in jurisdictions across the world including the UK, the Netherlands, Australia, Germany, Denmark, Canada, Israel, Japan, Italy, and the US which have resulted in billions in recovery.

I am a frequent speaker on the topic of shareholder legal redress, recovery, rights and responsibilities and am a member of various associations such as the Collective Redress Lawyers Association , where I also sit on the Banking and Financial Claims Sub-Committee. I am on the Advisory Board for Perfect Law’s Global Class Action and Mass Torts Conference and have also served on the International Corporate Governance Network’s Global Stewardship Committee and its former Shareholder Responsibilities Committee, the Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute’s Event Advisory Board, and the Council of Institutional Investors’ Markets Advisory Council.

My role at Walgate Litigation Management includes supporting those looking to build and pursue securities group actions (as well as intermediaries such as claims management companies and litigation funders) and undertaking early case funding reviews.
