Lucy Senior

I joined Fladgate in September 2021 as a newly qualified solicitor. I trained at a city law firm where I gained experience working with a range of clients, including institutional investors, private companies and charities. I have experience assisting with landlord and tenant work and the disposal of individual and portfolio properties.

Outside of work I am a musical theatre lover and an avid reader. On weekends, I enjoy going for long walks on Hampstead Heath.

• Acting for a charity taking a lease of a property in Cornwall.
• Assisting with due diligence in respect of the acquisition and development of various plots of land in London.
• Acting for the seller on the sale of a retail space in London.
