About

I am a paralegal in the non-contentious side of the Construction team at Fladgate.

I work closely with Olivia Bateman, assisting her with all things related to our large client, Quintain. Quintain are responsible for developing the amazing re-generation of Wembley park, creating build to rent properties on a very large scale as well as desirable surroundings such as the London Designer Outlet, car parks, a public park and more.

I focus on the efficient delivery of construction contracts and the drafting of appointments and collateral warranties which facilitate our client in transforming Wembley Park further. I am very good at drafting these documents, requesting the relevant information from the client and meeting deadlines.

I thoroughly enjoy the exposure I receive when liaising directly with the client as well as the client’s praise for the service we provide.

Outside of work, I love to swim, cook and bake. I also like to switch off my phone and go for hikes in the countryside and local trails with friends – Boxhill is a personal favourite.
