Amy Collins is a partner in the corporate department at Fladgate.

She specialises in corporate work for private and public companies, advising on joint ventures and investments, reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.

Amy has particular experience of the real estate, hotel and leisure, retail and fashion sectors and has advised on numerous corporate property acquisitions and disposals, property joint ventures, property unit trusts, and BPRA schemes.

She acts for a wide range of clients including real estate investors and developers, global engineering companies, recruitment and employment agencies, listed mining companies and developers of and investors in technology.

An example of a notable transaction on which Amy has advised is the sale of 100% of the shares in Aldgate Tower Investments to a joint venture between China Life and Brookfield Property Partners for £346m.

Amy is recommended by Legal 500, specifically for her strength in corporate real estate.

She is also an “Acritas Star – independently rated lawyer”.

She qualified in 1998, became a partner at another City firm in 2008 and joined Fladgate in July 2011.
