I act for a wide range of clients from employers, landlords and developers to contractors, consultants and tenants on all aspects of construction law.

Whilst my role is to provide legal advice, I am aware that my clients are seeking commercial agreements and solutions. It is therefore important that I understand these key issues and use them to inform the input and advice I provide.

When I am not working, I mentor for the University of Law. As a proud South Walian, I enjoy supporting Cardiff City FC and the Welsh national football and rugby teams.

• Providing support on Yoo Capital’s purchase of a controlling interest in Shepherds Bush Market including preparation and negotiation of construction related documents.
• Advising a joint venture developer (comprising a developer and investment arm) on the construction works and sale of a large mixed development.
• Assisting in providing construction advice and associated appointments in relation to the demolition of the Pedway leading to Wembley Stadium
• Acting for various banks on due diligence of construction documents.
