Sarah Charig is an associate in the litigation department at Fladgate.
She specialises in commercial disputes, including High Court litigation, international arbitration (LCIA and UNCITRAL) and mediation. Sarah’s work often contains an international element. She has advised clients in relation to a range of commercial issues including breach of contract, injunctions, partnership and joint venture disputes and sale of goods claims.
Sarah acts for clients across a broad range of sectors including banking and financial services, oil and gas, shipping and luxury retail.
An example of a claim on which Sarah has advised includes acting for an individual director defendant on a £100m unfair prejudice petition.
She is a member of the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association committee.
Sarah qualified in 2014 and joined Fladgate in 2016.
