I am a dispute resolution solicitor with a background in both commercial litigation and private client disputes.

I act for high-net-worth individuals and families in trust and inheritance disputes. I also handle partnership disputes and trust claims arising in a business context, and many of my clients have disputes that straddle personal and business interests. I take a pragmatic, results-focused approach and work closely with my clients and their advisers to achieve commercial outcomes.

I have considerable experience acting for groups of private clients who have suffered investment losses and I am recognised as an expert in group litigation by Chambers and Legal 500. Before moving to Fladgate, I co-founded a firm which specialised in group-action work and I have been involved in some of the most important cases in this burgeoning area.

I have worked with (and acted for) third-party litigation funders and I can advise and assist clients with presenting their cases, navigating due diligence, and negotiating funding and insurance arrangements.
