Our team worked with Kiteworks, a Silicon Valley headquartered technology group, earlier this year to advise on the English law elements of its acquisition of Zivver.
The acquisition will result in the integration of Zivver’s AI-enabled secure email capabilities into Kiteworks’ Private Data Network that controls, monitors, and protects all data exchanged between people, machines, and systems across user collaboration, automated workflows, and enterprise AI in one platform.
Specialists from across our corporate, commercial and employment teams collaborated to provide an integrated service to Kiteworks. The team included Orit Rioumine Gold, David Robinson, Alex Haffner, Caroline Philipps, Hamilton Forrest, Connor Fairbairn, Tom Bolam and Georgia Leach.
Ian Griffiths, Director, Corporate Development commented “Orit and her team at Fladgate provided critical expertise on English law matters with professional and reliable service. Their knowledge and support throughout the transaction process were greatly appreciated.”
Lead partner, Orit Rioumine Gold, added “We were delighted to advise Kiteworks on English law elements of this exciting acquisition which exemplifies the growing trend we are seeing of technology M&A in the market. We enjoy working with clients in this sector to provide innovative and joined up advice across our practice groups”.
