I act on a broad range of dispute matters covering both residential and commercial real estate in the UK. My clients include a variety of companies, real estate private equity managers, investors, HNWs/UHNWs, family offices and trusts.

On the commercial side, I deal with anything from lease renewals and contentious alterations/assignments applications to dilapidations and possession claims (including against trespassers/squatters).

On the residential side, I manage a large amount of asset management work in relation to several investment portfolios of short-term residential tenancies as well as advising on lease extensions, rent and service charge arrears, and rights of way disputes.

In an ever-changing legal landscape, I work with my clients to ensure compliance with a (sometimes messy) legal system and to maximise their ROI, whether that be for those who own real estate assets or those that live in/trade from them. I understand the need for close collaboration and tailored advice which adds the value clients are looking for.

Outside of work, I like to travel, read and convince myself that I am doing enough exercise.
