I have two years’ experience acting for policyholders across several lines of insurance, including property, professional indemnity, construction and warranty & indemnity. I have also undertaken a secondment in-house at Howden M&A, assisting policyholders with notifying and resolving claims under various buyer-side warranty and indemnity policies.

• I acted for Butlins, the holiday-resort company, in a £60 million property damage and business interruption insurance coverage dispute caused by an extreme weather event.
• I acted for a large contractor in a £50 million professional indemnity dispute concerning cladding remediation works following the Grenfell Tragedy.
• I acted for a policyholder in an £8 million arbitration relating to a claim under a professional indemnity policy, following claims involving the misappropriation of client monies.
