About

I specialise in contentious trusts and probate matters with a focus on international disputes. I also have experience in acting for charities in the regulatory context.

I am a private client lawyer who litigates. This means I help clients plan to avoid mistakes and help correct issues when they arise. The two go hand in hand and this dual specialism provides real benefits to the clients for whom I act. These are typically individuals: high net worth individuals, beneficiaries of trusts, personal representatives and trustees. I am a problem solver by nature. My focus on acting for individuals and solving their problems has led to me having a broad practice.

I have been involved in a wide range of contentious matters from trust and probate disputes spanning a number of jurisdictions across the world to corporate disputes to civil fraud claims to charity regulatory disputes. I draw on my contentious experience to assist clients in establishing and managing trusts and charity structures as well as planning for their future.

When not working I try to keep active with yoga, cycling and chasing after my equally disobedient daughter and dog.
