Our Service

I am an associate in the Dispute Resolution team who specialises in a wide range of matters, including company, commercial and fraud.

I joined the firm in 2019 as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department before completing my Training Contract and qualifying as a solicitor in 2024.

During my time at Fladgate, I have gained relevant experience assisting with complex, often cross jurisdictional, high-value claims in the High Court, as well as assisting clients in settling their disputes outside of the court room. Some of the commercial disputes on which I have acted include breach of contract, breach of directors' duties, shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency and civil fraud.

I advise a wide range of clients operating across a variety of industries: from entrepreneurs to well-established corporations, and also high-net-worth individuals.

Originally from Spain, I studied a Spanish law degree, a master's degree in International Commercial Law in the Netherlands, and have worked in-house in Belgium and the UK. This international experience complements the cross-jurisdictional work which I undertake.
