I am a corporate associate specialising in private mergers and acquisitions. I also act on private equity transactions, venture capital investments and group reorganisations, as well as providing general corporate advice to shareholders and directors.

I have been instructed by clients operating across a wide range of sectors, including IT, insurance, sport, property management, life sciences and agri-tech. The transactional matters which I am involved in typically comprise a cross-border element.

When working with clients, my aim is to develop a clear picture of their core objectives, to position myself as an extension of their team, and to secure the best possible results based on a pragmatic and commercial approach.

Outside of work, I can usually be found running around the Chilterns or, failing that, after my two young children.

Before training as a lawyer, I was the managing director of a London-based human rights organisation.

Our sector experience spans a wide range of sports including motor racing, where we have advised teams and drivers in Formula 1, A1 GP, World Rally, Cart, Indy Car and Moto GP, and cricket, football, golf and cycling. We have supported clients on a range of a matters including: intellectual property, sponsorship, broadcasting & web rights, fundraising, events, and regulatory issues.
