Fladgate has advised longstanding client Zouk Capital (as a manager of Cleantech Europe II Fund) on the sale of its remaining minority interest in Huddle, a leading supplier of SaaS based secure content collaboration and workflow solutions primarily in the UK and USA, to Ideagen plc. Zouk was the largest of the minority shareholder group comprising Matrix Partners, DAG Ventures, Icon Ventures and Hermes GPE.
